Saturday Stephanie and Victor squared off in goal and kept the score down to a rare single digit final.

The first period was short (by Pima Street Hockey standards) with Victor making some incredible saves to keep the dark team in it, only behind 4-3.

The dark team took over in the hour long second period and put around 30 shots on Stephanie. She stood up to the challenge though, only allowing 4 goals to slip by and stopping numerous close range shots. On the other end, the white team was playing sluggishly and only managed 4 or 5 shots on Victor, slipping one in to finish the period down 7-5.

The white team got their energy back in the 3rd period and scored 3 goals to take back to lead. Maros then scored a strong goal for the dark team to tie the game at 8 before Tim slid a high wrister past Victor’s shoulder to secure the win.
