Wednesdays game is ON. Be there at 7pm tonight.

Saturday we had 15 people to start and actually had more goalie volunteers than we could use. Rob and Weston ended up suiting up and both of them played phenomenally.

As usual the dark team got off to a strong start and Weston was impenetrable as the white team only managed to sneak a lucky turnover by him. The first period ended with the dark team up 4-1.

After some fine Slovakian drinks between periods (thank you Maros) the white team regained their legs and were finally able to get a few shots past Weston. The dark team lost Rado halfway through the period and the white team capitalized to take a 9-7 lead after two.

The white team kept going strong in a looooong 3rd period and, despite the addition of John to the dark team, were able to hold on for a 15-11 lead when the lights went out.

Remember, Sunday we are having a pool + keg party in honor of Daniel, Maros & Rado and they are all leaving the country (and the PSHL) very soon. I’ll send details tomorrow after they are decided at tonights game.
